Students of Scholars International Academy are armed with skills to succeed

Scholars International Academy (SIA) is a progressive English National Curriculum school that focuses on the complete development of a child. As one of only two schools in Sharjah that is accredited by the BSME / BSO inspectorate body, SIA incorporates the latest in thought leadership and global pedagogies from around the world. The school encourages students to actively participate in their own learning and employs a broad range of educational channels to nurture and develop “multiple intelligences”.

Led by a highly qualified senior leadership team with experience spanning nearly 100 years, both in the U.K. and abroad, SIA is setting new standards of educational excellence in Sharjah. SIA’s vision is to provide a student-centred learning environment where children are authors of their own learning and become authors of their own future. Critical skills and characteristics such as communication and collaboration are developed within children, so that they are prepared for the challenges of life, both apparent and yet to manifest. They are equipped to be successful in the path they choose, whatever that may be, while being imbued with values to act with thoughtfulness and humility. Students are taught to be lifelong learners who find inspiration and happiness as part of their daily lives.

SIA is part of the Scholars International Group of Schools. As part of the 40th year anniversary of its parent body and in line with the UAE’s “Year of Giving”, SIA is now introducing several scholarships for those students entering the A-Level programme.
