Sheikh Khalifa, Rulers exchange greetings
The President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, at Al Bateen Palace, on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr on Sunday.
Sheikh Khalifa received Their Highnesses Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah; Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman; Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah; Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; and Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
Their Highnesses also congratulated the President and wished him good health and happiness, and more progress, development, and security for UAE’s people.
Sheikh Khalifa also received greetings from Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance; Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai; Sheikh Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi; Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman; Sheikh Nasser bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Deputy Ruler of Ajman; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah; Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain; Sheikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah.
Sheikh Khalifa also received Eid Al Fitr greetings from other sheikhs, senior officials and dignitaries.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed also received Their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers, at Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi, who extended greetings to Sheikh Khalifa, expressing gratitude for his wise leadership.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed also received the heads of diplomatic and international missions accredited to the UAE, who called on them to extend Eid greetings, at Al Mushrif Palace.
The leaders exchanged greetings with Arab and foreign ambassadors and representatives of international organisations, wishing further progress, prosperity, and peace for their respective countries and the whole world.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed also exchanged Eid greetings with a number of sheikhs, key officials in the government and private departments, top military and police officials, Supreme Council for National Security officials, top statesmen, dignitaries, Emiratis and expatriate residents at Mushrif Palace.
The well-wishers also extended greetings to Sheikh Khalifa, wishing more progress and development for the UAE people under his prudent leadership.
Earlier, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid received sheikhs, dignitaries, ministers, citizens and residents who arrived to offer greetings on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr at Zaabeel Palace.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, also accepted greetings from the attendees.
Greetings were also offered to Sheikh Mohammed by senior officers from the Dubai Police, led by Lt-General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai.
Sheikh Mohammed was also greeted on the occasion by senior officers of the Dubai Civil Defence and Ministry of Defence.
In Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan received Eid Al Fitr well-wishers at Al Badee Palace. Sheikh Ahmed bin Sultan, Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem received the well-wishers alongside the Ruler of Sharjah.
In Ajman, Sheikh Humaid received well-wishers at Al Zaher Palace, in the presence of Greetings also came from a number of Sheikhs, key government and private officials, top military and police officials, Supreme Council for National Security officials, statesmen, dignitaries, Emiratis and expatriate residents.
In Umm Al Quwain, Sheikh Saud and Sheikh Rashid bin Saud received their Eid Al Fitr wellwishers, who wished them good health and happiness, and progress and development under the prudent leadership of the President, Sheikh Khalifa.
