NMC launches e-service gateway

dubai — The National Media Council (NMC) has announced the restructuring of the services it provides to its customers across the UAE, including individuals, media institutions, media-related companies, publishing and printing houses, distribution companies and cinemas, among others, in line with the issuance of a new ministerial decree for media services fees.

The decree stipulates that some services be merged together, while others undergo an update to enhance performance and speed of procedures.

In addition, the NMC announced the launch of a new eServices Gateway which enables individuals and institutions to complete their transactions digitally, in a simple and convenient way, without the need to visit Customer Happiness Centres.

Customers can review the updated list of services and fees, and use the e-services gateway on the NMC’s website effective July 30.
