Al Balagh Charitable Foundation As of 2014, the Al Balagh Charitable Foundation in Hadramout, Yemen, was led by Ahmed Ali Baraoud. Baraoud was also a manager of AQAP’s Rahma Charitable Organisati­on (designated herein), which was sanctioned by the US government in December 2016. In 2014, Qatar’s Eid Charity sponsored an Al Balagh Charitable Foundation event in Hadramout Province, according to local reporting of the event.

Al Ihsan Charitable Society Abdullah Mohammed Al Yazidi is the president of the Yemeni Al Ihsan Charitable Society. Al Ihsan Society jointly hosts events in Yemen with AQAP’s Rahma Charitable Organisati­on. Al Ihsan Society identified Qatar-based RAF Foundation, Eid Charity and Qatar Charity as their “partners in developmen­t” on its official website.

Rahma Charitable Organizati­on The Rahma Charitable Organisati­on in Hadramout province was sanctioned by the US government in December 2016 for acting as an AQAP front organisati­on.

Benghazi Revolution­aries Shura Council The Benghazi Revolution­aries Shura Council was formed in eastern Libya in mid-2014 as a coalition of terrorist militias that included the UN and US sanctioned Ansar Al Sharia Benghazi and the Rafallah Sahati Brigade.

Al Saraya Media Centre Al Saraya Media Centre is the media wing of the Benghazi Revolution­aries Shura Council (BRSC). The BRSC uses Al Saraya Media Centre to publicise operations of the group and promote its extremist agenda.

Boshra News Agency Boshra News Agency is the official media outlet of the Benghazi Defence Brigades in Libya — a terrorist militia designated by the four Arab countries. In March 2017, Al Jazeera covered a Benghazi Defence Brigades press conference alongside Boshra News Agency.

Rafallah Sahati Brigade The Rafallah Sahati Brigade is a terrorist militia previously led by Ismail Mohammed Al Sallabi — a leader of the Benghazi Defence Brigades and key recipient of Qatari support in Libya.

Nabaa TV Nabaa TV is a Libyan media outlet controlled by Abd Al Hakim Belhaj, the former leader of Al Qaeda’s Libyan Islamic Fighting Group who is sanctioned by the four Arab countries. Nabaa TV correspond­ents have received training at the Al Jazeera Media Training and Developmen­t Centre in Doha.

Tanasuh Foundation for Dawa, Culture and Media The Tanasuh Foundation for Dawa, Culture, and Media in Libya has been used by Benghazi Defence Brigades’ religious leader Sadiq Abd Al Rahman Al Gharyani to endorse attacks by, and broadcast messages to, militants in Libya. — Wam
