Role of Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development offers specialised programmes to prepare Emirati leaders in the public and private sector through managerial, technical and professional leadership classes. It’s main goal is to create innovative leaders with minds capable of meeting all the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

It will also include the application of international standards in the training and weighting of leaders with international and local skills and expertise, as well as the creation of new operational approaches to the introduction of programmes and plans. From producers to innovators, those who graduate from the centre will be moving into the employment field with the ability to help build and support the UAE as a smart and sustainable destination and a major hub in the global economy.

It will also adopt international standards in training leaders and enhance their skills and their local and international experiences. It will also develop newly applied methods of implementing programmes and plans.

The centre will develop future leaders who are entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders in all areas, who can harness their full potential to build a smart and sustainable city and a major hub of the global economy.
