Merryland School unveils 3D silver screen theatre

dubai — Merryland School has announced the inaugurati­on of its 3D silver screen theatre, which is first of its kind in any school in the UAE.

The inaugurati­on ceremony was attended by the founder of Merryland School, Mrs Susheela George, chairman Aaron Grandon, various dignitarie­s including ambassador­s and diplomats from Malaysia, Tanzania, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India, high ranking officials from the Ministry of Interior and parents.

The newly installed 3D silver screen provides a huge and exciting visual learning opportunit­y for a large number of pupils at the same time unlike the limitation­s of a classroom. Moreover, most modern crystal clear sound system provides a totally different experience. Merryland has more than 22,000 3D video content/topics that deal with all streams of science which can give an altogether new and exciting learning experience for the learners.

Merryland is the first school in the UAE which introduced this learning facility. This is another feather in Merryland’s cap as it has previously set up the first Robotics Lab featuring 30 different robots from different parts of the world, introduced patented NEO2 learning devices, the first school in the UAE with ISO 9001:2015 certificat­ion. Merryland is the only brand ambassador of Cambridge, UK.
