Cebu Pacific, PayRemit in tie-up
dubai — The Philippines’ leading airline, Cebu Pacific Air (CEB), expands its payment channels to enable Filipino expatriates to pay for their flight bookings even if they do not have credit cards.
Cebu Pacific Air has partnered with PayRemit, a payment gateway owned by Ventaja International Corp.
Through PayRemit, travellers can now purchase tickets online, whether via the CEB website or the mobile app, even without a credit card. Customers have to simply take note of the reference number and present it over-thecounter at any of the authorised PeyRemit counters in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Canada, then settle in cash.

PayRemit is available in 26 countries with 55 remittances agents and their 500-plus branches. Filipino expatriates may pay for their Cebu Pacific flights at any of the following exchange houses in the UAE: Al Fuad Exchange, Al Ghurair Exchange, Al Rostamani International Exchange, Delma Exchange, Emirates India International Exchange, Progoti Exchange and UAE Exchange. “The ability of our Filipino expatriates to pay for tickets through PayRemit widens their options to search for the lowest fares and secure their bookings,” said Mix Acuros, area manager for Asia of Ventaja.
