The Bluewaters Island project is going to be one of the major developments which will be handed over in 2018.
“If I was looking to buy right now, I would consider Volante in Business Bay and also Banyan Tree Residence,” suggests Myles Bush, CEO, PH Real Estate.
“The biggest residential handover next year will be of properties in Town Square. This is a welllocated community with affordable prices. There is also a lot of further development within Town Square, which when completed, will make it a community where everything you need is on your doorstep. This will be the highest transacting area next year in relation to the amount of units within a community,” says Lewis Allsopp, CEO of Allsopp & Allsopp.
