The centre has succeeded in consolidating and expanding cooperation with a number of permanent missions of various states, such as African Union, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon, Pakistan, the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of OIC and Sovereign Order of Malta. Since its establishment in 2013 as a non-governmental or non-profit organisation, it has been seeking to organise research and training activities in the field of human rights and promote human dialogue to raise the level of professionalism in the performance of specialised workers in this field, as well as the introduction of modern concepts to promote the culture of human rights in societies.
