ADFD okays $25M for solar projects
ABU DHABI — The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) and the International Renewable Energy Agency (Irena) have earmarked $25 million in ADFD concessional loans for two solar photovoltaic projects in Mauritius and Rwanda.
