Who can sponsor parents in UAE?

I am a junior associate on a company visa with a monthly salary of Dh4,000. I want to sponsor my father, who had worked in the UAE for 32 years and retired early last year. His visa was cancelled in November. Is there a way I can sponsor him? Pursuant to your queries, it may be noted that in the UAE, one may sponsor residence visas for parents if he/she is drawing a monthly salary of Dh20,000 or above, or is having a minimum salary of Dh19,000 and accommodation provided by the employer. Single mums can sponsor unmarried daughters

Valid visa must to enter UAE

I am an Indian national with a UAE visa valid until August 2018. I travelled to India one week ago and am planning to return to the UAE during the end of January 2018. My passport will expire on March 2, 2018. Will my passport still have the validity and can I get it renewed once I am back in the UAE? Will I face any issues coming back into the UAE?
