We’re here to put out that Friday feeling in your days off with our F List giving you a ‘F for Friday’themed round up of things to do this fine weekend.

FRONTIERS

All aboard this one! Six Senses Zighy Bay, just up the road in Musandam, is known for extraordinary escapades and their sea-hotel yacht the Dhahab – meaning gold in Arabic - is yet another. Charter the resort’s 90-foot vessel, complete with one stateroom and two cabins with private bath facilities. It can accommodate six people, so you can cruise through the Gulf of Oman and discover the waterways aboard a traditional, hand-crafted dhow.

FASHION

Kristina Fidelskaya’s latest Resort collection looks to answer the simple question: how can luxury be defined in a time where materiality is being shunned and experience is everything? Elongate the silhouettes and having a monastic asceticism appears to be the solution. With nods to seminal decades, the colour palette draws from Piero Manzoni’s Achromes to explore the transparent yet immutable presence of natural elements.

FUN

Looking for a smashing time? Then you’ll find this frightfully good fun. The Smash Room in Al Quoz has put up a House of Horrors until tomorrow, so get down there quick to face your fears and weave through a terrifying maze of creeps and creatures from your worst nightmares. Find your weapon of choice and let rip for Dhs99 with 10% off if you come in a Halloween costume. Check out www.thesmashroom.ae

FOOD

As well as Halloween it’s the Fiesta De Los Muertos, which can only mean one thing – the perfect excuse for Mexican food. Cielo Sky Lounge on the Creek is holding a brunch in celebration today. From 12.30pm – 4pm get stuck into a BBQ and tapas-style bites from Dhs250. Dress to impress with funky make up or costumes and enjoy the live band perform real Mexican beats.

FITNESS

We don’t know if you’re aware, but the Dubai Fitness Challenge continues (and if you had no clue, where have you been?). There’s tonnes of stuff going on all over the city, but we like the DIFC Fitness Village with 300 awesome fitness classes over the 26 days. There’s also a padel tennis court, Teqball tournaments, golf simulators and yoga sessions from 3pm on Fridays.
