GBES wins top dealer recognition from JCB
dubai — GB Equipment Solutions (GBES) has been awarded the ‘Best Customer Support’ dealer in the world by the JCB headquarters in Staffordshire.
JCB UK had recently organised an annual JCB dealer conference. JCB had invited the top 50 performing JCB dealers from around the world. At the end of the conference, there was an awards ceremony where JCB UK recognised its top achieving dealers.
Last year, GB Equipment Solutions won the highest award of the conference ‘Invest In Ambition’ because of the outstanding growth and investment seen by GB Equipment Solutions within the short span of a year to become the best dealer in the Mena region.

On receiving the award, Mohamed Yahya Meeran Kazi, Galadari Brothers director, and Mazen Abdul Baki, general manager, said that GBES continues to provide the best products and services to its customers. “As dealers of JCB, we work as consultants for our customers and devise complete package solutions tailored to customers’ needs rather than just selling machines to them,” they said.
Despite the slow construction equipment market in the UAE, GB Equipment Solutions has again outperformed all its competitors and is a standing market leader year to date. GB Equipment Solutions’ consistent market performance and high market coverage has led it to be the top JCB dealer in the Mena region.
