Buckle up or regret later

Tougher laws, severe penalties, and constant vigil — there’s only so much authorities can do to make the roads safer and encourage people to do what is right. Yet, many are not using seat belts. Why? Such cavalier attitude on the road is an open invitation to harm. The onus of our safety and security is ultimately on us, not on authorities.
