SC delists cases being heard by CJ

The Supreme Court on Monday delisted all cases being heard by bench No 1 as Chief Justice Saqib Nisar has been advised rest by doctors.

The Bench No 1 was scheduled to hear important cases, including the money laundering case, Prime Minister’s Adviser Zulifqar Bukhari’s disqualification case and a case pertaining to the degrees of pilots and cabin crew. —
