UPCOMING DEVELOPMENT

Nakheel is planning a new, mixed–use community within Discovery Gardens. It will feature a gated community to be called Jenan Heights, named after the Arabic word for ‘gardens’. Jenan Heights will have 2,500 apartments across nine towers and will be connected by a pedestrian bridge to another new project, Discovery Gardens Mall, which in turn will be connected to one of the new Dubai Metro stations. Aside from the mall, the new project will also include a hotel and a hospital.
