As the name suggests, Discovery Gardens is a community inspired by garden living and 30 per cent of it is reserved for landscaping. It has six themed communities — Zen, Mediterranean, Contemporary, Mogul, Mesoamerican and Cactus courtyard gardens— and buildings are clustered by architecture style. Discovery Gardens is known for the eco-friendly and energy saving options used in the community, such as district cooling.
