> Norka is giving a monthly pension of Rs2,000 to NRKs returning from abroad after their employment

> K-Swift, a single-window system for permits towards the opening of businesses has been launched

> MoU has been signed with Thumbay Hospital for recruitmen­t of 80 nurses from Kerala > In a bid to protect women against harassment and discrimina­tion while working abroad, a special Women’s nonresiden­t Indian (NRI) Cell will be formed under Norka Roots

> The government will work towards the release of prisoners who have been jailed for petty crimes
