Make your own routine: Following a routine can help you establish priorities, limit procrastination, keep track of goals, and even make you healthier. It will also give you some motivation to finish tasks as per your schedule.

Follow your passion: Start your day by doing something you’re passionate about. It could be art, craft, music, reading or even writing.

Dress up: Ditch those pyjamas. Dress up just like you would on any normal day. Studies say that dressing up has the ability to boost your mood. When you are done for the day, change into comfortable clothes and relax.

Have a clean study area: Tidying up your workspace also helps to tidy up your mind. Psychologists say that a messy room is a representation of a disorganised mental state.

Make a to-do list: It helps you keep track of the tasks you have to do and the deadlines.

Along with making a to-do list, you should also make one column for your top two priorities. This will make you feel happy about your progress.

Take breaks: Breaks are essential, even a 10-minute break can refresh your mind. In this time, you can listen to your favourite song, get some fresh air, take a power nap or read a book.

Use Google calendars and alarms: If you are someone who is forgetful, this tip will be of great help. Before you start your day, take 10 minutes to make a schedule.

Stay away from social media: Scrolling through social media is addictive and a complete waste of time. Switch on your devices only if your need notes or some help from your friends.
