3M take public transport in Dubai during Eid holidays

dubai — The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai announced that the total number of passengers on public transport and taxis belonging to the authority during the Eid Al Adha holidays reached 2.85 million. The authority has been keen to follow health and precautionary measures in all the public transport facilities for the safety of all passengers and workers.

The authority added that the number of metro riders in its Red and Green lines during the holiday reached 909,106 passengers, while the number of tram passengers reached 42,608. Public buses were used by 715,802 passengers, while marine transport riders were 97,131. The taxis transported 972,868 passengers.
