Sindh govt to reopen universities on Sept 15

A Sindh government official on Thursday said that universities in Sindh would reopen by September 15. Shakil Memon said that the Sindh government would follow the decision taken earlier by the federal government in this respect. The standard operating procedures (SOPs) to contain the spread of coronavirus will be put in the place before reopening of universities. Earlier, Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood had announced in July that educational institutions will reopen on September 15 provided health indicators improve. —
