I had a long discussion with one of my friends about how fitness trackers should be used to monitor sleep. I agree with the Health story that the best assessment of your sleep is how you feel after you wake up. Fitness trackers can’t tell you how well you have slept. Tammy Taylor Sharjah

The Cover Story highlighted all the aspects of The Gulf Elite Tour and the series of competitions which will take place over the course of six months. I feel that every sport should be given a slight makeover from time to time to make it more interesting.
