In celebration of Emirati Children’s Day today, here are some events and activities taking place this month for families to enjoy.
Dubai Marina Street Festival hosts more than 40 performance acts from around the world, including magicians, jugglers, comedians and acrobats. The family festival also features food trucks and activities.

Louvre Abu Dhabi’s programme features a Korean children’s puppet show, A Tree and a Boy, which tells the story of a boy and the growth of a tree, showing the beauty of life. The Befu Theatre Company will perform it in English, for children ages 6 and older.

Al Ain National Museum hosts a workshop programme for children ages 10 and older, dedicated to the archaeology of Qattara, as part of the Al Ain Cultural Programme. Star Object of the Month features artefacts from regional excavations, including a BronzeAge-era electrum (gold and silver) pendant found in the 1970s.

Manchester City Abu Dhabi Cup returns to the capital with 96 international youth teams competing to visit the Etihad Campus in Manchester, and the chance to train and play at the City Football Academy.
