Italian restaurant Bocca has cooked up a four-course set menu featuring Burrata cheese, heirloom tomatoes, green asparagus and balsamic vinegar to start, homemade tagliolini with pumpkin purée and tiger prawns, plus sea bass fillet with beetroot risotto and asparagus foam.
