While most of us were still trying to figure out how to cook stir-fry 365 different ways, a 19-year-old JeanCristophe Novelli was the private head chef to Baron Elie de Rothschild, of French Rothschild dynasty fame. Fast-forward three decades and several Michelin stars, and Novelli has found a foothold as one of the world’s best French chefs.
