Body com­bat is a mar­tial arts, no-con­tact work­out where kick­box­ing, Muay Thai, boxing and taek­wondo skills are used. So ex­pect to go through loads of kicks, punches and non-com­plex moves.

It’s a great class if you want to lose weight – you will burn any­thing be­tween 400 and 800 calo­ries in a ses­sion.

Our body com­bat classes are great on so many fronts but es­pe­cially be­cause they’ll make you more con­fi­dent and they give you that nat­u­ral high post-work­out.

At Fit & Flex we also of­fer Fit Boxing – a class where you hit pads and mitts and learn skills from boxing and kick­box­ing in a very up­lift­ing and testos­terone filled at­mos­phere. The lads love both work­outs.

Body Com­bat is a car­dio class that works and helps not only in weight loss, but de­fines shoul­ders, arms, back mus­cles, abs and legs – it’s a whole-body work­out.
