Body combat is a martial arts, no-contact workout where kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing and taekwondo skills are used. So expect to go through loads of kicks, punches and non-complex moves.
It’s a great class if you want to lose weight – you will burn anything between 400 and 800 calories in a session.
Our body combat classes are great on so many fronts but especially because they’ll make you more confident and they give you that natural high post-workout.
At Fit & Flex we also offer Fit Boxing – a class where you hit pads and mitts and learn skills from boxing and kickboxing in a very uplifting and testosterone filled atmosphere. The lads love both workouts.
