NEW MENU AT BALCON TERRACE

The Southern Sun’s pool bar Balcon Terrace is open for the new season – and it’s got a new menu. A selection of Asian dishes are now on offer including pandan leaf chicken with sweet chilli dripping, octopus carpaccio, roasted wagyu bone marrow with furikake dressing and yasai tempura.
