Our signature drink is the Cubano Lito Libre. The key to our version is the mix of 12 spices we use in the cocktail.

I like to call myself a “liquid chef ”. Liquid chefs have great knowledge about ingredients and always remain curious.

I never stop mixing. The cocktails we can create always surprise me.

Creativity is the key to a good bar. You should spend time improvising with cocktails to blend unique flavours that you wouldn’t find anywhere else.

It is not just a job. Anyone who thinks that can never be a good bartender.

My favourite bar in the world is in Manhattan. It’s called The Dead Rabbit.
