Academy Award-winning composer Michel Legrand performs

Not many musicians can lay claim to being responsible for more than 200 film and TV scores. Michel Legrand can. He’s recorded over a hundred albums of jazz, popular and classical music, working alongside artists such as Aretha Franklin and Frank Sinatra, and winning his first of three Oscars for Best Music, Original Song for The Windmills Of Your Mind. He’s also been nominated for Best Music, Original Score For A Motion Picture for The Thomas Crown Affair. He’ll be in town on February 23, which happens to be his 85th birthday.
