The Buggy Run brings family-friendly fitness to Dubai Autodrome

The Buggy Run takes place at Dubai Autodrome this month. Promising to be a fun day out for children and grown ups, it features an untimed 2.5km and 5km course. The brainchild of fitness-loving mums Nicola Holmes and Lara Sweida-Metwally, the race is designed to be a fun run that anyone can take part in, regardless of your age or your level of fitness. You can even run it as a relay to make the distance even easier to manage.

“When researching events we could train for, we realised there was a gap for a community-focused event that makes family fitness fun and so The Buggy Run was born,” said Nicola. Around 2,000 people are expected to take part, and there’ll be plenty of post-race entertainment on offer too, and prizes from brands such as Urban Energy Fitness and Mountain Buggy. February 11
