“I typically do all of my training at the gym,” says Patrick. “Outside of that I like to go jogging at (01). It is a hidden gem and the park is well maintained and it has such a peaceful environment. I get all my kit from the (02) – you can get everything you need there. I’m based in Al Zeina, so on the weekends I do stand up (03) with a friend all around Al Raha Beach. It is good for core activation, balance and conditioning as well. Afterwards I like to go to (04) in Al Bandar to refuel at their Friday Detox Brunch. It includes gluten-free options, salads and all of their cold-pressed juices. It’s pretty much a roast chicken and fresh veg from my local (08).”
