Learn the art of Japanese and Chinese cooking at Shiba restaurant inside 4he Meydan Hotel. Launching in April and taking place on the last Wednesday of every month, guests will learn from two chefs how to create two Asian dishes in two hours. Chinese chef Bing Xia will guide students through the art of dim sum making while Japanese chef Masakazu Mikuriya teaches sushi and sashimi skills. Classes are priced at Dhs275 and include a branded April, a glass of house wine and printed recipes.
