Tough Mudder

Tough Mudder, one of the world›s most challenging obstacle courses, is returning to Dubai in December. Yes, we know it's only June, but trust us, you're going to need to get training asap if you have any hope of surviving the course and earning that coveted orange headband. Set to be held at Hamdan Sports Complex, get a team together and get ready to run, climb, dash and dive through obstacles that include mud, fire, water, electric volts and something called an ‘arctic enema'.
