Could this steakhouse near the airport rival the big boys around town?

If you find yourself in Garhoud and feel the need for a steak dinner, the new dining outlet in Millennium Airport Dubai is worth a stop. The team at DXB Grill take their steaks seriously. So seriously that you need to pick out your very own steak knife for the occasion. But is all the pomp and circumstance really worth it? We think so. Our advice is to go with the sirloin (Dhs160). Our shiny new knife cut through the grain fed Oakey slab like butter. The accompanying waffle potatoes might not fair well against the triple-cut fries of other steakhouses around town, but they are hot and crispy, not to mention delicious when dipped into the spicy peppercorn sauce. Stick to the steaks here and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
