HOW TO MAKE A SWEDISH DISH

Celebrate Sweden’s National Day on June 6 by making their famous meatballs

- Serves: six | Preparatio­n time: 15 mins

01.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the grönsakska­ka (vegetable medallions) for eight to ten minutes.

Fry the beef meatballs in two tablespoon­s of olive oil until they’re golden brown.

03.

To make the sauce, mix IKEA’s gräddsås cream sauce with one tablespoon of whole-grain mustard.

04.

Serve the meatballs and medallions alongside seasonal veggies and the mustard cream sauce.
