HOW TO MAKE A SWEDISH DISH
Celebrate Sweden’s National Day on June 6 by making their famous meatballs

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the grönsakskaka (vegetable medallions) for eight to ten minutes.

Fry the beef meatballs in two tablespoons of olive oil until they’re golden brown.

To make the sauce, mix IKEA’s gräddsås cream sauce with one tablespoon of whole-grain mustard.
04.
Serve the meatballs and medallions alongside seasonal veggies and the mustard cream sauce.
