As much a comedy show as a quiz night, The Dubai Quiz is run by husband and wife duo Catboy and Lorra. You’ll know Catboy as the 92 breakfast radio star and What’s On’s regular columnist. The Monday night showdown takes place inside Oeno at The Westin Mina Seyahi and comprises seven rounds – the highlight being a recorded round from their daughter Betsy Pearl, who provides movies lines or music lyrics, which quizzers must guess. For the more tactile, the creative round challenges players to build something with clay based on a theme. Naughty? Absolutely. Entertaining? You bet.
