SHAKSHOUKA
The Lighthouse has the best shakshouka (Dhs45) in Dubai. There, we’ve said it. The eggs are perfectly cooked, complemented by the warming flavours of tomato, and roasted red pepper, and the sprinkling of charred pine nuts take it to another level. If you want to be virtuous, you could order it without the veal bacon, but we won’t tell if you don’t.
