HOW TO MAKE GNOCCHI

Mix boiled pota­toes (1kg) with flour (200g), salt, Parme­san cheese (200g) and an egg

Cut the rolled dough into small cylin­ders (2cm ap­prox). Press down on each gnocchi with your thumb

Heat tomato sauce and add the boiled gnocchi to the pan

Dust the ta­ble with flour (100g) and roll out the dough into a snake shape

04.

Cook the gnocchi in salty, boil­ing wa­ter. Once they start to float, drain

06.

Ar­range the gnocchi in a bowl, sea­son to taste
