Get sweaty at Barry’s Bootcamp

Barry’s Bootcamp has opened a second branch in Dubai Marina’s Trident Grand Mall. Popular with A-listers including the Beckhams and workout fanatics, Barry’s red room feels like part-gym, part-nightclub.

Expect red tinted club lighting as well as Oribe luxury hair products and a fuel bar.

You can burn up to 1,000 calories in a single session, with each day focusing on a different muscle group: Friday, Saturday and Sunday is arms and abs, Tuesday is legs, Wednesday is chest, back and abs and Thursday is abs.

Classes combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise, with recovery time to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the workout.
