When a particularly dysfunctional family gets together for the holidays, tensions rise and members find themselves clashing. Disappointed, young Max ( Anthony) decides he doesn’t care for Christmas — not knowing that he is unleashing a demonic wrath upon his family. Christmas has never been this spooky! Duration: 1 hr 38 mins Genre: Comedy/ Fantasy/ Horror What’s good: The mix of comedy and horror What’s bad: The clichéd ending Cast: Adam Scott, Toni Collette, David Koechner, Emjay Anthony Rating: The Peanuts Movie ( 2015) ( PG- 13) If you’re a fan of the popular comic strip, then this one is for you. The film follows Charlie Brown ( Schnapp) as he tries to impress the ‘ little red- haired girl’ through a series of hilarious situations, including a kite- flying session and a dance contest. Meanwhile, Snoopy ( Melendez) is trying to write a novel about World War I Flying Ace. All this, and a great heartwarming moral to boot!
