E koi are renowned for unique designs, but after months of use we think the Morpho onesize-fits-all bib shorts are their best idea yet. The chamois is stitched directly onto the fabric rather than inside, a technique previously employed by X-Bionic in their Trick bib shorts, and it’s a fantastic design that cuts down on irritable seams and increases comfort, even if they do look inside out. Ekoi claim they’re quick-drying but the heavier fabric did hold excess water and take longer to dry out than standard Lycra shorts, so we wouldn’t intentionally wear them in the rain. After handing the Morphos to taller and shorter friends, the one-size claim stayed true, with the shorts sitting just above the knee whatever your height. JS ekoi.fr/en
