What’s the difference between a physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor and a sports therapist?

Physiotherapists help patients improve their movement. They devise and review treatment programmes using massage, therapeutic exercise and electrotherapy. Osteopaths stimulate different areas of the body using a wide range of physical techniques such as touching, stretching and massaging, to increase the blood flow to the different parts of the body. Chiropractors use a variety of physical techniques and therapies to treat and rehabilitate patients suffering from disorders and/ or injuries of the back or musculoskeletal system. Sports therapists use a variety of physical techniques and therapies in the rehab and treatment of athletes who are suffering from injuries or illnesses.

What’s the best way to remove race numbers?

There are several things you can apply, but one that works well for us is a mix of wet wipes and makeup remover. Other options to consider – nail varnish remover, baby oil or packing tape! If you’re abroad, try using the sticky part of your luggage label.
