£500 Completely new for 2018, the Photon is designed for ‘light speed’ and features 1.5mm panels for flexibility, which made the arms and shoulder area feel very soft and supple. Our size medium was tight on the legs but loose on top, so not one for pear-shaped figures! The suit had a similar neckline to the 2XU and in the same way we could feel water flushing through the suit as we swam, plus the neck chafed a little. The body positioning felt similar to the Zone3 as it gave a lot of support and kept the torso elevated in the water. We love the gently shaped cuffs that fit close and were quick to remove, but the reverse zipper needed a sharp tug to undo. speedo.com
