Activity Wales’ winning Long Course Weekend formula returns to Mallorca for the second time in November, with Alcúdia on the north-east coast once again the destination. The format follows the award-winning LCW Tenby structure, with a 3.8km iron sea swim on the Friday, a 172km bike on the Saturday and a marathon run on the Sunday.
