Stretch it out
Set aside time post-training to stretch out in order to promote recovery for your next session.

Be well prepared for the brick set with all of your training gear and nutrition ready to go.
Reverse the brick
Make sure to include the run-bike set, so you’re strong at the start of the race, which is key to du success .
Don’t neglect transitions
Fast transitions = fast racing, so practise these during bricks, even if you’re an old-timer.
