EAST Lancashire Cats is a small, Accrington-based cat rescue that concentrates on helping cats in most need such as pregnant strays and injured ferals.
The group, run by Andy Richards, has a fundraising shop at 8 Blackburn Road, Accrington, which is a lifeline in raising the money needed to allow it to continue helping cats in danger.
Thomas is a handsome young cat of about four years of age. He was stray, with a nasty painful abscess on his face, which has now been successfully treated. He must have really longed for a home while he was stray because he is the cutest, most affectionate cat imaginable.
He seems frightened of other cats but would settle with a calm, peaceful one – but no dogs and older children only please.
Millie is a beautiful rare Snowshoe breed.
She is five years old and needs a home without other pets as she isn’t keen on dogs or other cats. Millie wouldn’t settle with young children either.
