ARNOLD BROWN

MR Arnold Brown of Oswaldtwistle, died on July 24, aged 87, at Springhill House Nursing Home.

Arnold started work as a farm labourer and then held various driving jobs for local companies.

Arnold used to have an allotment keeping goats and chickens. He liked to listen to relaxing music.

Arnold leaves his wife Vera, daughters Elaine and Valerie and son Alan. He will also be missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his son-in-laws Stephen and Lee, and his sister Dorothy.

The funeral took place on Thursday, July 30 at 10.20am at Accrington Crematorium and was officiated by David Sharrock. Donations to Multiple Sclerosis. Funeral director: Wolstenholme Funeral Services.
