CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrates Court:
MARK Ashley Thorp, 30, of Woodside Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge.
KYLE Stuart Turner, 21, of Lime Street, Clitheroe, pleaded guilty to criminal damage in Accrington and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to a police officer and paramedics, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a new 12-month conditional discharge.
MARK William Rowland, 29, of Hill Street, Baxenden, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was fined £30.
JOHN Joseph Warwick, 29, of Nuttall Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £100 costs.
HOWARD Johnson, 23, of Beech Street, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail and drink driving. He was fined £250, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by 13 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
CLAIRE Currie, 25, of Rydal Close, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
SAMANTHA Moore, 26, of Sun Street, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to using a television without a licence. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay £40 costs. ANDY Murray, 47, of Spring Street, Rishton, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
CANDICE Nockels, 32, of Kingston Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
NATHAN William, 26, of Worsley Court, Oswaldtwistle, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
MOHAMMED Ikhlaq Razaq, 36, of Crossland Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to operating a private hire vehicle without a current licence. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
RYAN Pilkington, 21, of Cross Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a community order. He was fined £10.
ROBERT McConnell, 48, of Lydia Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual offences prevention order. He was jailed for 120 days.
CARLY Pirrie, 36, of Ribblesdale Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver to police. She was fined £375, ordered to pay £90 costs and given six points on her driving licence.
RYAN Martin Foley, 25, of Lion Street, Church, was found guilty of criminal damage. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £530.60 compensation. CASES heard at Burnley Magistrates Court:
ANZELA Jezdaucka, 34, of Belfield Road, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of two counts of being the parent of a child of compulsory school age who failed to attend school regularly. She was fined £440 and ordered to pay £50 costs.
