Coffee morning treats
CUPS of coffee and slices of cake will be on the go this week for the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
Parishioners raised a fabulous £400 at St Joseph’s parish hall, Accrington and a great time was had by all.
An event was also held at Rhyddings Methodist Church in Oswaldtwistle, attended by Mayor Coun Peter Britcliffe and Mayoress Sara Britcliffe.
They are due to attend six further coffee mornings on Friday, September 29.
