Against Barnet

Accrington Observer - - SPORT -

“We are taking care of ourselves on the pitch, and I think our next match against Barnet will be a massive test for us. Stanley may have finished 13th during the last campaign, but they are now undoubtedly looking like serious promotion contenders this season. Bell has their success down to defending as unit, mental conviction from the players, and, too, striker Billy Kee’s brilliant knack in front of goal at the moment.

“We are a hardworking team; the team defend as an eleven; we are hard to beat, and we have got a few goals in us.

“Billy seems to be scoring quite a few goals now as well, so it is a bit of everything. I also feel that is a bit of belief that we are one of the best teams in the league and that we do want to get promoted.”
